The Board of Directors provides leadership and assistance in developing and implementing Building Changes’ long term strategies and goals.Involvement
The Board's five standing committees meet regularly to guide the work of Building Changes:

- Philanthropy
- Membership
Board members bring professional expertise in nonprofit management, foundation leadership, housing and social services, law, finance, banking, and real estate.
Their dedicated collaboration at the program level ensures that Building Changes stays accountable and on track with its mission: ensuring that everyone in Washington State has the opportunity for a home, healthy life, and a good job.
