Emily Nolan provides strategic direction and manages implementation of Building Changes' grantmaking and evaluation activities associated with the Washington Families Fund, Sound Families, and the Economic Opportunities Institute. She is also leading the expansion of the Washington Families Fund in its activities focused on preventing homelessness, housing families more quickly, and building deeper connections between employment and housing systems in Washington State.
