Kelly Smith is responsible for general oversight and day-to-day management of Washington Families Fund service grants and Sound Families grants. She coordinates the application review and selection process for funding to agencies that provide service-enriched housing for homeless families. She works with grantees to ensure grant provisions are being met and grantees have the tools they need to successfully work with their clients in order to help them gain self-sufficiency and access to a healthy, stable life.
