Grants & Capacity Building

We Support Grantees with Funding and Tools to Move People Out of Homelessness.

Providers play a vital role in reducing homelessness. We view them as partners in this work. Our approach to making grants and building the capacity of front-line providers is guided by the values we bring to everything we do: integrity, collaboration, and results.

We make grants in three areas of work: support services, employment services, and access to services through systems innovations. To learn more about what we fund, see Funding Priorities. For a list of our current grantees, see Funded Projects.

We strengthen providers’ abilities to build, deliver, and sustain innovative, quality programs by sharing our evidence-based best practices and expertise through:

  • Documentation
  • Trainings
  • Tools and toolkits
  • Ongoing assessments

We also offer valuable opportunities for providers to collaborate and build partnerships among their peers and within their communities.
