Building Changes Endorses The Color of Cuts
On March 15, 2011, the Washington Community Action Network (CAN) released a report demonstrating how Washington State’s biennial budget cuts target community programs that people of color and low-income communities rely on. These cuts to income support, health care, and other basic needs will push more vulnerable individuals and families into homelessness. Building Changes, along with 67 other organizations, endorsed the report.
